If you are homeless or experiencing a housing crisis,
CALL: 2-1-1 or (330)747-2696

When you call 211 you will talk with a hotline specialist who will complete an initial assessment to determine your immediate needs and refer you to the Housing Entry Coordinator if you meant the program requirements. The Housing Entry Coordinator will then follow up with you to complete a in-depth assessment. The assessment will determine your placement on a priority list and which housing program you qualify for.
